Report in Brief
Constant False-Alarm Rate (CFAR) is widely used in radar signal detection, when the external interference or background noise changes, the radar can automatically adjust its sensitivity, so that the false alarm probability of the radar remains unchanged. Simulation studies are carried out on the radar transmitting system, receiving system, mixing circuit and multi-order Doppler FFT respectively. Attempts are made to compress the spectrum width of the FWCW radar transmitting signal, increase the detection channel, optimise the algorithm for different detection depths, carry out zonal detection for different areas, use coherent techniques to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the detection signal, and increase the detection signal energy by means of a mixer. The rapporteur has applied for/granted 23 national patents, published 15 papers and undertaken/participated in 6 research projects.
