He graduated from the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Physics, Jilin University with a PhD in Atomic and Molecular Physics. Afterwards, he stayed in the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Physics, Jilin University, where he taught "Group Theory", "Computational Atomic and Molecular Physics" and "Strong Field Atomic and Molecular Physics" to postgraduate students. He has presided over and undertaken a number of research projects for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National 973 Project, the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Development Plan and the Doctoral Program Fund for Higher Education. He is engaged in theoretical research on the Xin algorithm of quantum systems and the interaction processes of strong lasers with atomic molecules and solids. He has published more than 100 papers in Phys. Rev. A, J. Phys. B, J. Phys. A, Opt. Express and other domestic and international journals.
Report in Brief
The emergence and rapid development of ultrafast, ultrashort and ultra-intense lasers have provided unprecedented extreme physical conditions and new experimental tools. The study of ultrafast dynamical processes in the interaction between strong lasers and atomic molecules is an important frontier topic in the field of strong field physics. The presentation will introduce the background of the development of the interaction between intense lasers and atomic molecules and the dynamics of atomic molecules driven by ultrafast intense lasers, such as the non-sequential double ionisation of atomic molecules in intense fields, the coherent modulation of higher harmonics, the generation of attosecond pulses and the electron vortices in the momentum distribution of photoelectrons.
The presentations will be held both online and offline, with the following information available online.
